The finish of the week was mild - in the low 40s. As my mother said:
It seemed nice to have a warmer day with no wind. Dad and Nick fished in the morning and are finishing up with a shorter day today. Tuesday and Wed. were such windy rough days that they had to work it out that way.
My family usually try to fish the first of the week, finishing up and shipping out their lobsters towards the end of the week. In the fall however, you have to work around the weather. Let's hope this coming week will be easier for the fishermen.
