The Galley Restaurant in Naples, Maine. Non-traditional lobster rolls are hard to find in Maine.  Why mess with a good thing? Yet The Galley in Naples, has developed a mix-and-match menu of gussied-up lobster rolls – with different meat combinations and and bun styles - that has captured the attention of Adam Richman, host of the Travel Channel's new show "Best Sandwich in America."  Currently The Galley’s lemon zest lobster roll is up for the title.  The lemon zest lobster roll is made with meat from the whole lobster – knuckle, tail and claw – plus a garnish of lettuce and a lemon pepper seasoning. In addition to the zest roll, they offer a ceasar roll, dressed in light ceasar dressing, garnished with parmeasan and a galley roll with sweet relish.  Make no mistake, The Galley is no lobster shack – it’s not even located on the Maine coast.  But if you’re looking for a lobster roll adventure, it’s the place to go.
