Morse Lobster at Estes Lobster House, Harpswell Neck, Maine. Some of Maine’s most breath-taking vistas can be found on the “reaches”: long, narrow peninsulas that stretch like tentacles into the sea. The sleepy Harpswell peninsula is home to Morse Lobster. Surrounded by water—Harpswell Sound and Potts Harbor— Morse Lobster at Estes Lobster House delivers ambiance and then some, with outdoor seating and a fire pit. In addition to boiled lobsters, Maine shore dinners, baked stuffed lobsters and lobster rolls, they offer lobster pie, lobster dip, and lobster macaroni and cheese which was featured on the Food Network's Throwdown! with Bobby Flay as seen on The Food Network. Their lobster roll comes lightly mixed with mayo on a toasted split-top bun. They also serve beer and wine and take credit cards, which is the exception vs. the rule for many of Maine’s lobster shacks.
